Stephenson County home listings asked for less money in June – see the current median price here
The median home in Stephenson County listed for $182,450 in June, down 5% from the previous month's $192,000, an analysis of data from shows.
Compared to June 2024, the median home list price increased 25.9% from $147,450.

Stephenson County's median home was 1,762 square feet, listed at $98 per square foot. The price per square foot of homes for sale is up 11.8% from June 2024.
Listings in Stephenson County moved briskly, at a median 48 days listed compared to the June national median of 53 days on the market. In the previous month, homes had a median of 50 days on the market. Around 70 homes were newly listed on the market in June, a 9.4% increase from 64 new listings in June 2024.
